if you've been following the @alt_tarot twitter bot, you'll know that i've been updating it gradually over the last few months as i figure out new coding tricks and more things i want it to do, as well as refining the suits, roles, and major arcana.

well, i seem to have version 2.0 ready to go!

some changes:

- new header graphic (same as the twitter bot)
- different font, smaller font size and page window size (to fit within more browser windows)
- there are now a total of 52 suits, 52 roles, and 108 major arcana cards
- the bot (not the twine) contains a variety of spreads and reading options.
- there's an interpretation guide! scroll down the page to find it. suggested price is $3, if you can swing it, but it's available for free. it contains guidelines for reading the suits and roles, as well as a list of twitter bot commands, and some notes on the deck's development.
- i'm approximately 15% of the way through creating a deck of major arcana cards for print! next up after that will be one deck each for the suits and the roles. these will all be available through The Game Crafter when they are ready.

upcoming changes i hope to make:

- adding more spreads to the twitter bot
- adding the bot's spreads and reading functions to the twine file
- print cards and a printed interpretation booklet
- adding images of the major arcana cards to the bot and twine when they are complete
